The garden is mainly laid to lawn, with two tables for guests use throughout the day. There is more seating on the deck – the Lookout. Here, enjoy the views of Brixham, the Devon and Dorset coastline and Start Bay.
A lovely place to enjoy refreshments during your stay. Dogs are welcome to join their owners in the garden.
A private gate leads to Man Sands and the South West Coast Path.
Sleeps 3 in a Double and Single
Family Room. This room, including ensuite, was completely refurbished in 2022 and enjoys a view over our garden and Start Bay. (Please note that we don't allow children under the age of eight without prior arrangement).
SUPERKING DOUBLE OR TWIN
This room has a country view to the west of the lodge. Completely redecorated and bathroom refurbished for 2021.
Kingsize
One of our most popular rooms and gets booked very quickly. Looks out over Brixham and the coastline beyond. Completely redecorated and bathroom refurbished for 2021.
Sleeps 4. Kingsize Double, plus one or two singles
Family room. Another very popular room with a superb view over the garden, the valley running down towards Man Sands and Start Bay. Redecorated for 2021 season. (Please note that we don't allow children under the age of eight without prior arrangement).
Single

All bedrooms are ensuite. Each bedroom has a television, hairdryer, free Wi-Fi, hot beverage tray, information and hospitality items. Rooms are centrally heated, temperatures can be adjusted in each room to suit individual requirements.
